How to change my phone number?

To change the phone number for your BitClude account, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

• In the title of the message write: "INSTRUCTION TO CHANGE PHONE NUMBER"
• In the body of the message, provide the following details to identify you as the person entitled to the account:
• First and last name,
• Phone number to be changed,
• Current phone number,
• 4 last numbers of your PESEL number,
• 3 last characters of the ID card series

NOTE: The email MUST be sent from the email address used to set up the account. Otherwise the instruction will not be executed.
