How long does the verification process take?

The verification processing time is largely dependent on the quality of the uploaded data. The clearer the scans / document images and the camera resolution and lighting conditions when taking a face scan, the faster the algorithms will process your verification. 

Verification processing generally takes up to 5 minutes. In the case of poorer quality input data, this time may extend up to 15 minutes. You will receive an email and SMS message about the verification acceptance or rejection.
