How to change email address?

To change the email address for your BitClude account, please email to [email protected] with the following details:

• In the title of the message write: "INSTRUCTION TO CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS".
• In the body of the message, provide the following details to identify you as the person entitled to the account:
• First and last name,
• Email address to be changed,
• Current e-mail address,
• The last 4 numbers of your PESEL number,
• 3 last characters of your identity card series

NOTE: The email MUST be sent from the email address used to set up the account. Otherwise the instruction will not be executed.
