How to delete 2FA without being logged in?


To deactivate the 2FA protection of your BitClude account without being logged in, please write an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  • In the title of the message write: "INSTRUCTION TO DELETE 2FA"
  • In the body of the message, provide the following details to identify you as the person entitled to the account:
  • First and last name,
  • 6 last numbers of phone number,
  • 4 last numbers of your PESEL number,
  • 3 last numbers of the ID card series

NOTE: The email MUST be sent from the email address used to set up the account. Otherwise the instruction will not be executed.
